Our tote bags are made from clean garbage bags that once contained plastic bottles, collected from businesses such as cafes and ice cream chains, as well as individual and community collection drives. These bags are cleaned, then heat-pressed into sturdy material, which is used to craft durable tote bags and utility pouches.
The designs on each bag are individually created using assorted HDPE (Type 2) plastic bags, often sourced from supermarkets and retail shops. We also offer workshops for creating your own tote bags and utility pouches, providing a hands-on experience in sustainable fashion.
